1. Account Registration and User Eligibility

To unlock full access to all shopping functions on GROUPE TOPIDEA including one-click checkout, order history tracking, exclusive discount notifications and personalized product recommendations, you can complete the account registration process by submitting a valid email address, setting a unique account password and verifying your identity. 2. Product Information and Order Confirmation

We make every effort to display the appearance, parameters, size, material and price of all storage products on GROUPE TOPIDEA as accurately as possible. We will not intentionally publish misleading product descriptions, modify product parameters without notification, or artificially mark non-durable items as heavy-duty high-quality products. However, due to the differences in display effects of different electronic device screens, there may be minor color differences between the actual product you receive and the image displayed on our website, and such small discrepancies will not be regarded as a product quality problem that meets the conditions for a free return.
All product prices displayed on our website are denominated in Euros, and the prices do not include applicable value-added tax and corresponding shipping fees, which will be clearly calculated and displayed separately for you on the checkout page before you confirm payment. If our system identifies that your order involves abnormal transaction risks including suspected fraud, we have the right to cancel the relevant order unilaterally, suspend the delivery of goods, and refund the corresponding payment to your original payment account, and we will not bear any indirect loss caused by such order cancellation.

3. Payment and Transaction Rules

All payment methods supported on our website, including mainstream bank card payment, electronic wallet payment and other options, are provided by fully authorized, qualified third-party payment service providers. We do not store your complete bank card number, payment password or sensitive financial information on our own servers, to avoid the risk of your financial information being leaked due to data security accidents. 4. Intellectual Property Rights Statement

You retain all intellectual property rights of the legitimate product reviews, usage feedback and other content you voluntarily upload to our product comment section. Once we confirm that you have engaged in any of the above prohibited behaviors, we have the right to take corresponding restriction measures according to the severity of the violation, including but not limited to warning you publicly, permanently banning your account IP from accessing our website, freezing your account balance, and retaining the right to pursue your corresponding legal responsibilities for the losses you cause to GROUPE TOPIDEA.

6. Limitation of Liability

GROUPE TOPIDEA will try our best to maintain the stable, safe and uninterrupted operation of our official website. However, we do not guarantee that the platform service will be 100% completely uninterrupted, free from errors, or completely immune to unauthorized access from third-party hackers. Under no circumstances will GROUPE TOPIDEA be liable for any indirect, incidental, special consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption losses caused by your use of our website or products, that exceed the total actual amount you paid for the corresponding disputed order within 12 months.
We are not responsible for any losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme bad weather, local government administrative orders, public health emergencies, sudden breakdown of logistics network, that are beyond our reasonable control. Once a force majeure event occurs that affects the normal performance of the order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and extend the corresponding delivery time reasonably, or provide you with options to cancel the order and get a full refund.
Some regions have different legal provisions that restrict the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or consequential damages. If relevant mandatory local laws apply to you, part of the above limitation of liability clauses that conflict with local mandatory laws will be adjusted to the maximum extent allowed by law, to make sure that the clauses are legally effective.

7. Policy Adjustment and Dispute Resolution

All disputes, controversies or claims arising from these Terms of Service and your use of our platform services will first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and our customer service team. If the two parties cannot reach a mutually satisfactory solution through negotiation within 30 days, any party has the right to submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction located in Le Lamentin, France for settlement.
